There is no need to opt-out of the sale of your personal data because Coastal Netting Systems does not sell your “Personal Information” in the conventional sense (i.e., for money).

However, the CCPA defines “Personal Information” to include “cookies” that are used to “recognize a... device that is linked to a consumer or family, over time and across different services.”

Like many companies, we use third party service providers for analytics, custom fonts, maps, form spam protection, and video display. The cookies those services place may transfer “Personal Information” (such as online identifiers, browsing history, or geolocation data) to them. Making such “Personal Information” available to these companies may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA in a strict interpretation of the law.

To prevent this, simply decline all cookies in the Cookies box or tab at bottom left of every page. Your choice will be honored for 12 months. You can change your mind and accept cookies at any time.
